Last week I’ve done a photo shooting in my new area (Maida Vale- Little Venice), wearing two of the items which I love the most:a coat by Desigual which I bought in the beautiful Barcelona and a super mini skirt by Maje which I’ve found in Maje Notting Hill’s Shop, just five minutes walk from Portobello Road.
Red and Black colour match is an addiction for me, I play quite a lot with these two colours as , especially red works really well if you are brunette like me.
Desigual has a colorful and original design, the perfect style for those of you who like to be noticed. It is flashy indeed, but never vulgar. On top of this, for those who are very skinny, Desigual coats are a very good choice, because they adhere so well to the body, highlighting the shapes and making the figure extremely harmonious.
Maje instead is a niche luxury brand, created by Judith Milgrom in 2008.
Judith is a French Chic designer, very sophisticated (that’s why Ii like it 🙂 )who wanted to eliminate the gap between casualwear and high fashion.
Regarding the shoes, I have to admit it , they might seem a little bit “too much”, however, being such a big fun of Moschino,I couldn’t avoid to buy them.
The heel is quite high but I can guarantee they are extremely comfortable, and I often wear them when I go clubbing and dance all night long:)
This kind of outfit it is certainly suitable for evenings, either for drinks or dinner, but if you tweak it a bit, perhaps using ballerina shoes instead of high heels and substituting the sleeve less top with a classy black jacket, why not!

Domenica scorsa ho fatto uno shooting nella mia nuova zona (Little Venice), indossando due capi che adoro: un cappotto di Desigual comprato nella splendida Barcellona e la minigonna di Maje acquistata nel negozietto di Notting Hill ( a due passi da Portobello Road). Per vedere la mappa cliccate qui
Trovo che l’accostamento rosso e nero funzioni molto bene, specialmente per chi, come me, ha i capelli scuri. Adoro Desigual per le sue linee fantasiose, colorate, particolari e appariscenti senza essere mai volgari. Inoltre per chi ha una taglia “skinny”, i cappotti Desigual sono perfetti, perchè restano perfettamente avvitati al corpo evidenziandone le forme in maniera perfettamente armonica.
Maje invece è un marchio francese di lusso, creato da Judith Milgrom nel 2008, nato con l’idea di colmare il divario tra lo stile casual e l’alta moda.
Le scarpe, lo ammetto, non son proprio sobrie, ma per me che sono tra le top fan di Moschino, non ho potuto fare a meno di acquistarle. Il tacco è alto ma posso garantirne la comodità, le indosso spesso anche per ballare tutta la notte 🙂
Un outfit di questo tipo è senz’altro adatto ad un aperitivo/cena al ristorante, ma modificato un po’, magari utilizzando delle ballerine invece delle scarpe col tacco ed una giacca nera al posto del coprispalle, why not!
